Hello; Everyone
I havn't been posting for a while, I seem to have pulled away for some reason. Anyway though some group mentoring that I have done it been pointed out to me that I like to take the piont of view of a victum. When I explore myself I can sort of see it but I really have to work at it. Has anyone else had a hard time stacking themselfs like this? Maybe I have been doing it for so long that its become my normal, I don't know.
Thanks for reading my post;
Heather

Hi Heather. Recognize that the victim you have played thus far has been perfect in your own evolution. It has all led up to the moment you are in right this second. Now, recognize that the moment you are in is independent of the past and future. Because you were a victim in the past does not mean you need be one right now, or at any other point that you exist within the moment.

The victim is really just the judge flipped inside out, and at it's core it is a feeling of discomfort for your body. So, when you are able to watch or stalk feelings of discomfort, and be incredibly thankful that someone or something was able to show you this discomfort that you are now aware of, a true transformation will begin.
