Personal Intensives
One-on-one mentoring intensives
are private time working with a teacher who guides
you in creating your most beautiful life. I say
your life, because it doesn't matter what anyone
else wants - only you know what is happiness for
you and only you know what constitutes heaven in
your life.
What's the process?
To do
this we use tried and true awareness exercises
and techniques that we know work. They are process oriented
and are based on the combined teachings of don Miguel
Ruiz (author of The Four Agreements), other well-known spiritual teachers, and my own favorite exercises. These are:
- The Mitote Book ( a recapitulation process)
- The Medicine Bag (a process of relating emotions to beliefs)
- The Four Agreements®
- Stalking & Dreaming Techniques, etc
As a mentor and teacher, my place
is to act as a mirror to reflect back to you, the agreements
and beliefs that are limiting your full expression in
life. Figure we will spend around 3 hours together in the morning and then you will do your assignments in the afternoon. Then we will catch back up for 1-2 hours in the evening to re-cap.
Where are the intensives located?
The intensives take place in my home in the mountains of north Georgia. It is a lovely and very quiet place to take time to reflect upon your life and the local hiking is amazing. You will stay here during your intensive and have full access to kitchen and private space.
How do I get there?
I am 1.75 hours directly north of Atlanta, GA. You would need to fly into the Atlanta airport, rent a car and drive north from there. You can drive here too if you like - that is not a problem.
How long should I stay?
Commonly folks stay from between 3 and 10 days but it is up to you. I think it is important to be able to internalize the work and so going too many days does not allow us to simply be with it all. The ego-mind starts to rebel and has trouble integrating too much information.
What are the costs involved?
You have to figure your flight or drive to my home and then know that you have to eat during that time. You will have your own kitchen so you can pick up groceries and cook which saves money over eating out. As for the cost of the program itself - it depends on how we set up the program for you - but estimate around $300.00 - $400.00 USD per day. You won't be paying for a hotel since you are staying at the house.
